Concord Eye-Q Mini 

1. Can I use my camera as a web cam? 

This camera can be used as a web camera provided your computer runs on a Windows operating 

system  and  is  also  works  with  many  popular  video  conferencing  software  titles  excluding  the 

Yahoo Messenger.    The web camera feature is not compatible with MAC computers. 

2. Does my camera have audio function? 

This model is not equipped with an audio function. 

3. Does the camera support Windows 98 First Edition? 

This  camera  supports  Window  98  Second  Edition  and  higher  Operating  systems.    Windows  98 

First Edition is not supported. 

4. Is this camera compatible with Windows XP? 

This camera is compatible with Windows XP.    Since the Windows XP logo certification has not 

been completed on your camera, a warning pop-up message as illustrated below may be displayed 

during  the  software  installation.  Please  click  on  "Continue  Anyway"  to  proceed  with  your 

installation. 

5. What type of memory card(s) can I use with my camera? 

The Concord Eye-Q Mini does not have an external memory feature.
