HOW TO USE RUGGED-EYES: 

WIRELESS SD CAMERA  

WIRELESS SD CAMERA 

Step 1

Camera: Always make sure your camera is fully charged before use (be careful not to 

overcharge the unit). 

Step 2 

DVR: Always switch on your wireless DVR before switching on the wireless camera, so that 

you can test that signals are being transmitted and received correctly. Simply press the 

“standby” button for 3 seconds to switch the DVR on (or off). 

Step 3 

Camera: Press and hold down the on / off button for 3 seconds, then releasing it will switch 

the wireless camera on - the LED's will also turn on initially. You will see images appear on 

the wireless DVR screen. 

Step 4 

Camera: Pressing the on / off button for one second will engage the higher bright LED's. 

Step 5 

Camera: Pressing the on / off button for one second again will switch off the LED's, but the 

camera will continue to send data to the wireless DVR. 

Step 6

Camera and DVR: To switch off the wireless camera press and hold the on / off button for 3 

seconds, then release it. The images on the DVR screen will disappear, and the DVR screen 

will show static, indicating it has stopped receiving signals from the wireless camera. Then 

switch off your DVR.
