Batteries are gradually and slowly self-discharging even when
they are not in use. New batteries or old batteries that have
not been used for a long time (more than one month) should
be recharged and fully discharged and recharged again
repeatedly so that the batteries can be fully charged for
normal operation
It is normal for the unit and batteries being charged to generate
some heat while in operation
A typical good quality Ni-MH rechargeable battery should have
many hundred normal charging cycles. But actual battery
service life varies depending on charge mode, battery
condition, discharge pattern, application and brand

Note:
Using the batteries outside the above temperature range may
result in declining efficiency and shorter battery service life.
CAUTION FOR BATTERIES

let the batteries contact metal objects such as
necklaces or hairpins
solder, heat, disassemble, modify to the batteries,
shirt circuit or dispose of in fire
touch liquid leaked out of battery. If you touch it by
accident, wash down with plenty of water. If it gets into the
eyes, wash down with plenty of water and consult your doctor
immediately
Never use when abnormal conditions occur, such as leaking
fluid, changing color and so on
Keep it out of children’s reach
Avoid strike, bump to the battery, or let it under heavy pressure
Avoid keeping on charging batteries for a long time
Never mix batteries (old and new, charged and uncharged,
batteries of different capacity or different brand)
Take the batteries off the unit after operation, and put them
into battery carrying case for storage

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CHB-7N9:
1. Place the batteries into the charging chamber in the right
direction as indicated
(See Fig. 2)
For the same or different combined batteries types:
2. Connecting to External Power Source.
This model is for Indoor Use ONLY! (AC100-240V): Connect one
end of AC cable to external power outlet as indicated below, and
the other end to the AC socket on the charger. Charger power is
on at this time, but no indication shown on the LED (See Fig. 3).

a. When the charger is connected with the power source, within the
first 10 seconds after batteries are in place, the unit automatically
detects and check battery condition, and switches to fast charging
mode, the LED indicator will
to indicate batteries are
being charged
b. When charging is finished, the LED indicator becomes and stay
solid
c. Disconnect the power plug from the external outlet, take the
batteries off the charger
