Manifolds may be used with metal or non-metallic piping systems.
1. Shut off incoming cold water supply.
2. Select the installation location.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Allowaminimumof3in(7.6cm)ofspacebelowthecartridges for change-outs.
3.Selectfasteners(notincluded)andtoolsappropriatefortheinstallationlocation(wall,supportstructure
mountedtowallstuds,concrete,etc.)
4. Mount the manifold/filter system to a wall using the mounting holes provided on the back plate of the
metal bracket.
•Itisrecommendedtofirstdrawalevellineonthemountingsurfaceattheheightofthefasteners.
•Markthelocationofthefastenersusingthebracketasatemplateorbymeasuringthedistance
between the mounting holes.
•Installthefastenersandallow1/4”-3/8”(6-10mm)ofeachfastenertoprotrudefromthesurface.
•Installthemanifoldontothefasteners.
•Tightenthefasteners.
5.Installinlet(leftrear)andoutletfittings(rightfronttoice/coffeeandleftfronttobeverage)tothemanifold.
Allconnectionsterminatewitha3/4”NPT(male)fitting.Theinletkitincludesafittingandaballvalve.The
left front outlet is a fitting only. The kit for the right side outlet to ice includes the fitting, a stainless-steel filter head,
(2)nipplesandacheckvalve.Theinstructionsfortheinstallationclipsareonpage5(PTFEtapeisnotincluded).
IMPORTANT NOTES:Besureinstallthestainlesssteelfittingheadwiththeflowarrow.
6. Remove the sanitary caps from the water filter cartridges, and apply a light coat of water or food-grade
lubricant to the o-rings on each of the cartridges.
7.Alignthetabsofthecartridgewiththeslotsintheretainingplateandinsertthecartridgeintothemanifold.
Becertaintoplacethecorrectcartridgesintothecorrectlocation.
8.Turnthecartridgetotherightuntilaclickingsoundisheard.Repeatfortheremainingcartridges;the
clicking sound indicates the cartridge is properly engaged.
9. Install the smaller scale inhibitor cartridge by engagng the threads in the stainless steel tee and rotating to
theright(clockwise)untilsnug,regardlessoffinallabelorientation.
Equipment Start-up Procedure
1. Turn on incoming water to system.
2.Presurizesystembyrotatingtheinletballvalvehandleonthemanifoldtotheright(counterclockwise)to
the “ON” position.
3. Check for leaks.
4. Flush system in accordance with performance data sheet supplied with the water filtration cartridges.

•Failuretofollowinstructionsmayvoidwarranty.
•Allowaminimumof3in.(7.6cm)clearspaceunderfiltertofacilitatecartridgechange.
•Installwiththeinletandoutletportsaslabeled.Makesurenottoreverseconnections.
•Somelocalcodesmayrequiretheuseofalicensedplumberorcertifiedinstallerwhendisruptingapotablewaterline.
