Audemars Piguet Calibre 2875 Instructions For Use Manual - 4. Basic Functions
4. BASIC FUNCTIONS
4.1 Setting the time
Set the watch to the desired time by turning the hands, with the crown pulled out
in position B. To do so, you can turn the hands forward or backward, as you like.
4.2 Setting the date
To change the date, all that is needed is a back-and-forth motion of the hands
between 7 pm and 12 pm (with the crown in position B).
The change of date takes place automatically at midnight.
4.3 Winding the watch
If the watch were to stop, 3 turns of the crown (in position A) are sufficient to start
it again. Subsequent winding is then performed by the wrist movements relayed by
the automatic winding mechanism.
To restart the movement after a prolonged stoppage, simply wind it up with its
crown until the power reserve indicates about 12 hours.
