Trax6.5 set up instructions 1. Remove cardboard box from metal frame. Remove all straps holding any parts to metal frame. Removal of crate straps rev. B.

5. Attach top/rear brushgaurd to rear of frame. 6. Attach front brushgaurds to top/rear brushgaurd. 3. Attach both rear wheels using m10x25 bolts provided. Torque bolts to 35 ft●lbs. Rear wheel assembly brushgaurd assembly.
7. Attach headlights to top of brushgaurds 8. Attach passenger handlegrip to frame. Headlight assembly passenger handlegrip assembly.
9. Attach middle divider to center of floorboard. 10. Attach left and right headrests to top/rear brushgaurd. Middle divider assembly headrest assembly.
12. Attach steering height turn buckle to frame, adjust to desired height.. 13. Attach sttering wheel to steering shaft 11. Attach steering shaft to front of frame. Steering wheel assembly.
14. Attach driver and passenger seatbelt to frame behind seat. Seatbelt assembly.
15. Fill engine with correct amount of oil. Refer to owners manual for oil types and quantity. 16. Fill gas tank as specified in owners manual. 17.
