In extreme circumstances, the factory setting for volume may be adjusted. It is also possible to perform a
factory firmware reset if necessary. Use the following steps below to make adjustments. It is highly
recommended these actions be performed by qualified technicians.
Looking at the top cover of your BRC-4000 you will see 2 holes. One is for adjustment of the BRC-4000’s
amplifier IC chip volume output level. The other is a button for performing a factory reset.

Front
Volume Adjustment:
1.
Turn off the BRC-4000, and unplug it from its power source. Ensure that you are grounded and will
not risk any electrical shock to the internal circuits.
2.
Gently place a PH0 screwdriver into the head of the volume adjustment knob head. Refrain from
touching other components on the circuit board.
3.
To lower the volume gently turn left (counterclockwise). To raise the volume, gently turn right
(clockwise). Do not use force when making adjustments. It is possible to strip the adjustment knob
head, or damage the connection to the circuit board.
4.
Connect the BRC-4000 to its power source and turn it on. Confirm the adjustments performed by
testing the audio output.
5.
Press “IR Input” in the bottom left of “Projector & Motor” screen.
