After reaching the set temperature (the red temperature control light turns off) open
the heated device by lifting the upper grill plate completely with use of handle. Pour
some vegetable oil on the lower grill plate and put the food onto it. Close the grill
plates. Keep an eye on the food until it is done cooking.
WARNING! Hot surface!
The contact grill gets very hot during operation, also on the sides and the top.
Never touch the device during operation or shortly after. Always use the handle
for opening and closing the device.
Never operate the device when it is in tilted position.
•
Put the temperature control knob to “0“ once you are finished grilling. Open the device
with use of handle and remove the grilled food.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Protect your hands and face from possible fat splashes!
•
Do not use any hard or sharp object on the grill to prevent damage to the surface or
the operating elements. Remove the grilled food with use of wooden or plastic paddle
resistant to high temperature.
•
There is the fat colleting tray in front of the lower grill plate, where the dripping
vegetable and animal fat is collected. It should be emptied only after the device, the
tray and its content are cooled down.

The device is equipped with the overheat protection system.
After turning the overheat protection system on it is required to disconnect

down. Push the RESET buton located at the bottom of the device.
In case of frequent turning on of the overheat protection system within the short
