Operating Instructions
RX9102
The 12 Volt impact wrench is designed for
occasional use to remove and install lug nuts on
automobiles and garden implements. The
plastic case is small and compact for trunk
storage and makes the unit ideal for emergency
tire changes. This unit is not designed for
continuous operation. Always use a torque
wrench for final tightening of any fastener.
Unpacking
When unpacking this product, carefully inspect
for any damage that may have occurred
during transit. Check to be sure all supplied
accessories are enclosed with the unit.
Follow these safety precautions:
1. Completely read the manual
included with this product
carefully. Be thoroughly
familiar with the proper use of the
equipment and all safety precautions.
Always
unplug
impact wrench before servicing,
changing sockets or while tool is
unattended. Unplug tool when not in
use.
Never
rely solely
on a jack when removing or installing
wheel assemblies. Always have vehicle
in park, set emergency brake and chock
the wheels. Use jack stands to support
vehicle during wheel installation or
removal.
Do not
use hand
tool sockets. Use impact quality sockets
only. Hand tool sockets will shatter and
can cause serious personal injury if
used with impact tools.
2. Always wear safety glasses
during operation.
3. Do not wear loose fitting
clothing, scarves, or neck ties.
Loose clothing may become
caught in moving parts and result in
serious personal injury.
4. Do not wear jewelry when operating any
tool. Jewelry may become caught in
moving parts and result in serious
personal injury.
5. Do not depress trigger while connecting
cord to 12 volt power supply.
6. Always use attachments designed for use
with impact tools. Do not use damaged or
worn attachments.
7. Never trigger tool when not applied to a
work object. Attachments must be
securely attached. Loose attachments can
cause serious injury.
8. Protect power cord from damage.
9. Never point an impact tool at oneself or any
other person. Serious injury could occur.

This unit
is designed
for occasional use only and operates
more slowly than a conventional air
driven impact wrench. Always allow unit
to cool at least 15 minutes after
removing and installing two wheel
assemblies.
Do not
over-
tighten lug nuts. Overtightened bolts or
nuts may fail or cause a hazardous
condition. Always use a torque wrench
for final tightening.
1. Assemble proper impact socket onto anvil
of tool.
2. Insert power adapter into cigarette lighter.
3. Select appropriate direction (forward or
reverse) with switch on back of unit.
4. Position socket on lug nut and actuate
trigger.
5. Always set installation torque with a
torque wrench. Never rely on an impact
wrench to set torque.

RX9102
La llave de impacto de 12 voltios ha sido
diseñada para uso ocasional para retirar e
instalar tuercas de oreja de automóviles y de
implementos de jardinería. La caja de plástico
es pequeña y compacta para su almacenaje en
la maletera y hace que la unidad sea ideal para
un cambio de neumático de emergencia. Esta
unidad no ha sido diseñada para operaciones
continuas. Siempre utilice una llave de torsión
para el ajuste final de cualquier seguro.
Desempaque
Cuando desempaque este producto, revise
cuidadosamente cualquier daño que pueda
haber ocurrido durante el transporte.
Asegúrese de que todos los accesorios
ofrecidos hayan llegado con la unidad.
Siga estas precauciones de

casquillos de impacto de calidad. Los
casquillos de herramientas de mano se
rajan y pueden causar graves lesiones
personales si se utilizan con
herramientas de impacto.
2. Use siempre anteojos de
seguridad durante la operación.
3. No use vestimenta suelta,
bufandas o corbatas. La
vestimenta suelta puede engancharse en las
partes móviles y ocasionar lesiones graves.
4. No use joyas cuando opere cualquier
herramienta. Las joyas pueden
engancharse en las partes móviles y
ocasionar lesiones graves.
5. No presione el gatillo mientras conecte el
cordón de alimentación de corriente de 12
voltios.
6. Use siempre accesorios diseñados para ser
utilizados con herramientas de impacto.
No use accesorios dañados o desgastados.
7. Nunca apriete el gatillo de la herramienta
cuando no está aplicado sobre un objeto
de trabajo. Los accesorios deben estar bien
asegurados. Los accesorios sueltos pueden
causar graves lesiones.
8. Proteja el cordón de electricidad de daños.
9. Nunca apunte una herramienta de impacto
hacia uno mismo o cualquier otra persona.

Esta
unidad
ha sido diseñada solamente para uso
ocasional y funciona más despacio que
una llave de impacto neumática
convencional. Siempre deje enfriar la
unidad, por lo menos, durante 15
minutos luego de retirar e instalar dos
montajes de llanta.
No ajuste
demasi-
ado las tuercas de oreja. Las tuercas o
pernos demasiado ajustados pueden
fallar u ocasionar una situación
peligrosa. Siempre utilice una llave de
torsión para el ajuste final.
1. Ensamble el casquillo de impacto correcto
en la boca de la herramienta.
2. Inserte el adaptador de energía en el
encendedor.
3. Seleccione la dirección apropiada (hacia
adelante o inversa) con el interruptor en
la parte posterior de la unidad.
4. Coloque el casquillo en la tuerca de oreja
y presione el gatillo.
5. Siempre fije el torque de instalación con
una llave de torsión. Nunca utilice una
llave de impacto para fijar la torsión.

WHO GIVES THIS WARRANTY (WARRANTOR): Campbell Hausfeld / Scott Fetzer Company, 100 Production Drive, Harrison, Ohio, 45030, Telephone: (800) 543-6400
3.
WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY (PURCHASER): The original purchaser (other than for purposes of resale) of the Campbell Hausfeld product.
4.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: Any Campbell Hausfeld nailer, stapler, air tool, spray gun, inflator or air accessory supplied or manufactured by Warrantor.
5.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Substantial defects in material and workmanship which occur within the duration of the warranty period.
6.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
A.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE
DURATION. If this product is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Some States do not
allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
B.
ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL
HAUSFELD PRODUCT. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
C.
Any failure that results from an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s)
supplied with product. Accident, purchaser's abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions shall also include the removal or alteration of any
safety devices. If such safety devices are removed or altered, this warranty is void.
D.
Normal adjustments which are explained in the owner’s manual(s) provided with the product.
E.
Items or service that are normally required to maintain the product, i.e. o-rings, springs, bumpers, debris shields, driver blades, fuses, batteries, gaskets, packings or seals,
fluid nozzles, needles, sandblast nozzles, lubricants, material hoses, filter elements, motor vanes, abrasives, blades, cut-off wheels, chisels, chisel retainers, cutters, collets,
chucks, rivet jaws, screw driver bits, sanding pads, back-up pads, impact mechanism, or any other expendable part not specifically listed. These items will only be covered for
ninety (90) days from date of original purchase. Underlined items are warranted for defects in material and workmanship only.
F.
Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with the product’s function.
7.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, products or components which are defective, have malfunctioned and/or
failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.
8.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PURCHASER UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
A. Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records.
B. Call Campbell Hausfeld (800-424-8936) to obtain your warranty service options. Freight costs must be borne by the purchaser.
C.
Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).
9.
WHEN WARRANTOR WILL PERFORM REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow
at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.
This Limited Warranty applies in the United States, Canada and Mexico only and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country
to country.

LO QUE NO ESTA CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTIA:

Las garantías implícitas, incluyendo aquellas de comercialidad E IDONEIDAD PARA FINES PARTICULARES, ESTAN LIMITADOS A LO ESPECIFICADO EN EL PARRAFO DE
DURACION. Si este producto es empleado para uso comercial, industrial o para renta, la garantía será aplicable por noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha de compra. En

B.

Cualquier falla que resulte de un accidente, abuso, negligencia o incumplimiento de las instrucciones de funcionamiento y uso indicadas en el (los) manual(es) que se
adjunta(n) al producto. Dichos accidentes, abusos por parte del comprador, o falta de operar el producto siguiendo las instrucciones del manual de instrucciones suministrado
también debe incluir la desconexión o modificación de los instrumentos de seguridad. Si dichos instrumentos de seguridad son desconectados, la garantía quedaría
cancelada.
D.
Los ajustes normales explicados en el(los) manual(es) suministrado(s) con el producto.
E.
Artículos o servicios normalmente requeridos para el mantenimiento del producto, tales como: anillos en O, resortes, amortiguadores, defensas, hojas de impulsor, fusibles,
baterías, empaques, almohadillas o sellos, boquillas de fluído, agujas, boquillas para rociar arena, lubricantes, mangueras de material, elementos filtrantes, álabes de
motores, abrasivos, hojillas, discos para cortar, cinceles, retenes para cinceles, cortadores, collarines, mandriles, mordazas para remachadoras, brocas para desarmadores,
almohadillas para lijar, soportes de almohadillas, mecanismo de impacto o cualquier otro artículo desgastable que no se haya enumerado específicamente . Estos artículos
sólo estarán cubiertos bajo esta garantía por noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha de compra original. Los artículos subrayados sólo están garantizados por defectos de
material o fabricación.

Defectos estéticos que no interfieran con la función del producto

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL GARANTE BAJO ESTA GARANTIA: Reparar o reemplazar, como lo decida el Garante, los productos o componentes que estén defectuosos, se hayan

9.
