The IP-Phone is a fully-featured digital 

business phone that plugs directly into a 

customer's LAN and converts voice to IP 

right on the desktop, enabling voice and 

d a t a   t r a f f i c  o v e r   a  s i n g l e   w i r i n g 

infrastructure on the spot and over a single 

packet (IP) connection back to the service 

provider's network.

The IP-Phone utilizes 10/100BASE-TX for 

E t h e r n e t   c o n n e c t i v i t y   a n d  s u p p o r t s  

telephone network features such as Call 

Waiting. In addition, it provides access to a 

host of features for business applications, 

including hold, transfer, memory dialing 

and multipleline conferencing.

The IP-Phone is easy to install and 

maintain. It is configured and upgraded 

remotely, using a central administrative 

server that features an intuitive browser 

interface. 

By routing calls over the Internet or any IP 

network, the IP-Phone can reduce or 

eliminate long distance inter-office phone 

charges.
