Inspection or Repairs
IfthisProductneedstobeinspectedorrepaired,pleasecallfor
aReturnMerchandiseAuthorization(RMA).PacktheProduct
securelyusingashippingcarton.Pleasenotethatoriginalboxes
maybeincluded,butarenotdesignedtowithstandtherigors
ofshippingwithoutadditionalprotection.Shipviaacarrierthat
providestrackingandinsuranceforlostordamagedparcels,as
Horizon is not responsible for merchandise until it arrives and
is accepted at our facility.AServiceRepairRequestisavailable
atwww.horizonhobby.comonthe“Support”tab.Ifyoudonot
haveinternetaccess,pleaseincludealetterwithyourcomplete
name,streetaddress,emailaddressandphonenumberwhere
youcanbereachedduringbusinessdays,yourRMAnumber,
alistoftheincludeditems,methodofpaymentforanynon-
warrantyexpensesandabriefsummaryoftheproblem.
Youroriginalsalesreceiptmustalsobeincludedforwarranty
consideration.Besureyourname,address,andRMAnumber
areclearlywrittenontheoutsideoftheshippingcarton.
Warranty Inspection and Repairs
To receive warranty service, you must include your original
sales receiptverifyingtheproof-of-purchasedate.Provided
warrantyconditionshavebeenmet,yourProductwillbe
repairedorreplacedfreeofcharge.Repairorreplacement
decisionsareatthesolediscretionofHorizonHobby.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Should your repair not be covered by warranty the repair
will be completed and payment will be required without
notification or estimate of the expense unless the expense
exceeds 50% of the retail purchase cost.Bysubmittingtheitem
forrepairyouareagreeingtopaymentoftherepairwithout
notification.Repairestimatesareavailableuponrequest.You
mustincludethisrequestwithyourrepair.Non-warrantyrepair
estimateswillbebilledaminimumof½houroflabor.In
additionyouwillbebilledforreturnfreight.Pleaseadviseus
ofyourpreferredmethodofpayment.Horizonacceptsmoney
ordersandcashierschecks,aswellasVisa,MasterCard,
AmericanExpress,andDiscovercards.Ifyouchoosetopay
bycreditcard,pleaseincludeyourcreditcardnumberand
expirationdate.Anyrepairleftunpaidorunclaimedafter90
dayswillbeconsideredabandonedandwillbedisposedof
accordingly.
