Inspection or Repairs
IfthisProductneedstobeinspectedorrepaired,pleasecallfor
aReturnMerchandiseAuthorization(RMA).PacktheProduct
securelyusingashippingcarton.Pleasenotethatoriginalboxes
maybeincluded,butarenotdesignedtowithstandtherigors
ofshippingwithoutadditionalprotection.Shipviaacarrierthat
providestrackingandinsuranceforlostordamagedparcels,as
Horizon is not responsible for merchandise until it arrives and is
accepted at our facility.AServiceRepairRequestisavailableat

internetaccess,pleaseincludealetterwithyourcompletename,
streetaddress,emailaddressandphonenumberwhereyou
canbereachedduringbusinessdays,yourRMAnumber,alist
oftheincludeditems,methodofpaymentforanynon-warranty
expensesandabriefsummaryoftheproblem.Youroriginalsales
receiptmustalsobeincludedforwarrantyconsideration.Besure
yourname,address,andRMAnumberareclearlywrittenonthe
outsideoftheshippingcarton.
Warranty Inspection and Repairs
To receive warranty service, you must include your original
sales receiptverifyingtheproof-of-purchasedate.Provided
warrantyconditionshavebeenmet,yourProductwillberepaired
orreplacedfreeofcharge.Repairorreplacementdecisionsare
atthesolediscretionofHorizonHobby.
