ranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
Safety Instructions
Before using for the first time, check whether the voltage rating on the product corresponds to
the voltage of your home electric current.
The appliance is for household use only and must be used only for the purpose it was desi
-
gned for. Not for commercial use.
Use only water for boiling.
Do not submerge the cattle or the heating plate in to the water (not even partially). Do not use
the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
Do not place the appliance in close range of heat sorces such as grills, fireplaces, gas/electric
owens, burners, hotair owens etc.
The kettle should not be placed on an untreated wood surface. Place the product on heat
resistant flat and dry surfaces only.
Use the kettle only on stable surfaces and only with the stand designed for this type of a catt
-
le. Do not fill with water if on the stand.
When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from
the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the
attached accessories.
Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always
switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable
is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near children or disabled
people. Keep out of reach of children and minors without adult supervision.
Let the kettle cool down completely before cleaning or storing.
Unplug the unit before filling in /pouring out water, moving from one location to another or
before cleaning.
As there is the risk of burns, always close the lid and lock it properly when you are going to
turn the kettle on. Never open the lid while hot water is inside and /or the steam density is too
high.
Use extreeme caution if carrying the cattle with hot water. Avoid injuries with hot water or
steam.
Switch the kettle off before removing it from the base.
The kettle must be used only with the base provided.
Before switching on the kettle ensure that the water level is between MIN and MAX marks
only. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected. Don´t overload above the MAX
mark on the kettle!
The heating element has a protection against overheating. If there is no or low water level in
the cattle, it will turn off. The main switch will stay in ON position and the LED will stay ON.
In this case, turn the main switch OFF, fill in cold water and watt 10 min for the cattle to cool
down. Then you can turn the cattle ON again.
Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if
it is damaged. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only
by the authorized service with a cable of the same type.
Do not operate the kettle if it has been dropped or damaged. Take it to an authorized service
center for examination and repair.
Never disassemble the product; incorrect reassembly can increase the risk of electric shock
when the kettle is used. All repair work should be carried out only by an authorized service.
