SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Make sure that the voltage rating on the rating plate corresponds to your main
voltage. If not, see your retailer and do not connect the appliance.
• Supervise your children when they operate/handle this appliance.
• Only use the appliance for domestic purposes or in small offi ces and in the way
indicated in these instructions.
• From time to time, check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord
or appliance show any sign of damage.
• Make sure that the connection cord does not touch hot surface.
• Do not store or use gasoline or other fl ammable vapours and liquids in the vicinity
of the appliance.
• Never immerse the products in water or any liquid . Do not use it near a shower,
a bathtub or a swimming-pool.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Dry your hands before use.
• Never use the appliance on or near hot surfaces.
• Never move or tidy the appliance by pulling the cord.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Do not clean the appliance with abrasive chemicals.
• Don’t introduce neither metallic objects, nor fi ngers inside the appliance in order
to protect you from electrical shock.
• Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
It could create a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
• All interventions made by a non-qualifi ed person can be dangerous and will void the
warranty. All electrical products, must be repaired by a qualifi ed electrician.
• Don’t move the unit when it is in use.
• Don’t build in the appliance.
• Leave 10 cm of space around the appliance, to make sure the air can circulate freely.
• Never cover the unit.
• Always carry the unit at the base, never at the water tank.
• Never use the appliance at extreme temperature or in humid places.
• Make sure that the air inlet grills don’t get covered up. This can impede the
performance of the dispenser.
• Don’t pour hot water into the unit.
• Don’t press the tabs when the water tank is empty.
• When the appliance has not been used for a few days, empty the water from the tank.
