Real Time Activity Mode: Display time and tracks your
daily activities, including the steps taken, distance
traveled and calories burned
Sleep Mode: Tracks your sleep pattern and quality
Heart Rate Mode: Tracks your heart rate bpm and
duration
Exercise Mode: Starts a workout and displays
information including duration, steps taken, calories
burned and distance traveled during the workout
