Explanation of the individual parameters:
Parameter menu A:
Max. line voltage EN50160: The line voltage is averaged
–
over 10 minutes. If the set value is exceeded, the inverter is
disconnected from the grid. The voltage threshold can be set
at 244 V or 253 V under “Max. line voltage EN50160”.
Under “VOLTAGE TO METERING”, the limit value can be set
–
between 0 V and 11 V in 1 V increments. This voltage drop
between the inverter and the grid feed meter is added to
the limit value of “Max. line voltage EN50160”. With a line
voltage of 253 V and a voltage drop of 5 V, the Powador
switches off if the average line voltage over a ten-minute
period is greater than 258 V.
Line frequency: The line frequency is also monitored. If the
–
line frequency drops below the value set in “Minimal line
frequency” or exceeds the value set in “Maximum line fre-
quency”, the inverter switches off. Both limit values can be
set in 0.1 Hz increments.
Minimum triggering level of line impedance monitoring: If
–
the line impedance changes erratically, the inverter must
stop feeding into the grid and disconnect from it. In accord-
ance with directives, this occurs with a jump of 1.0 Ohm.
Under special circumstances, your power supply company
may request that the inverter shuts down at a different
value. In such a case, this cut-off threshold level can be
set between 0.5 and 1.5 Ohm under the menu item “Max.
impedance jump”.
Scaling line voltages and line current: All display values are
–
checked and calibrated prior to shipment. If the voltage or
current value shown on the display does not correspond
with the actual measured value, it can be adjusted. If the
value shown on the display is too low, it can be increased
over the menu item "Scale xxx +". If the value shown on the
display is too high, it can be decreased over the menu item
"Scale xxx -". Scaling is possible for the line voltage and
line current.
Scaling DC link voltage: The setting may only be changed by
–
a service technician.
S0 interface: A large display can be controlled over the S0
–
interface. The number of pulses that are to be transmit-
ted per kWh can be confi gured using the “S0 interface”
parameter. The possible settings are 500, 1000 and 2000
pulses per kWh.
Parameter menu B:
Minimal line voltage: The inverter is equipped with redun-
–
dant 3-phase monitoring. If the line voltage drops below the
value set for “Minimal line voltage”, the inverter switches
off. The minimum cut-off threshold can be set in 2 V incre-
ments.
Maximum line voltage: If the line voltage exceeds the value
–
set for “Maximum line voltage”, the inverter switches off.
The cut-off threshold can be set in 2 V increments.
Line frequency: The line frequency is also monitored. If the
–
line frequency drops below the value set in “Minimal line
frequency” or exceeds the value set in “Maximum line fre-
quency”, the inverter switches off. Both limit values can be
set in 0.1 Hz increments.
After the settings have been changed, the inverter
must be restored back to its original state.

To do this, disconnect the inverter once again from
all power sources and restore the jumper back to
its original state.
