to enter the main menu. Navigate to the submenu TIMEOUT. Here you can select the
time after which the backlight will dim down again automatically (OFF, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25
or 30 seconds).
•
When you select “OFF”, the display backlight will remain at the setting last selected, even
if any button is pressed.

Time Setting
The clock in this radio is equipped to receive a time signal through DAB+ or FM RDS. After
the unit has been turned on, it will automatically receive time and date. It may be necessary
to wait for 1-2 minutes to allow the unit to receive the time signal. A proper reception signal is
necessary.
In the submenu TIME under the main menu in either DAB+ or FM mode you have the option to
select between 12/24 hour display, to manually set the time and date, and to select from which
signal (DAB or FM) the unit should synchronize the time/date signal (default setting is ANY).
Sleep Timer
While in DAB+ or FM mode, the sleep timer function enables you to set a countdown timer after
which the radio will turn itself off automatically.
•
While listening to the radio, repeatedly press the
Sleep / Alarm / Snooze
button to select
a desired countdown (15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes) after which the radio will turn itself off
automatically. Press the
/ Select
button once you reached the desired duration.
•
A timer icon is shown in the display.
•
To check the remaining time on the countdown, press the
Sleep / Alarm / Snooze
button
once.
•
If you want to cancel the function, press the
Sleep / Alarm / Snooze
button repeatedly
until “SLEEP OFF” appears in the display followed by the
/ Select
button to confirm.
Menus (DAB+ and FM Mode)
Entering the Main Menu
•
To enter the main menu, press and hold for about 2 seconds the
Info / Menu
button while
in either DAB+ or FM mode.
•
To exit the menu, do not press any buttons for a few seconds. The unit will switch back
to radio mode.
Navigating
The following controls are used to navigate the menu tree to choose and select the required
settings:

Navigate the menu options using the
▲ Up
and
▼ Down
buttons.
•
Press the
/ Select
button to enter sub-menus or items and to confirm settings.
DAB+ Menu
While in DAB+ mode enter the main menu as described above.
