1. Please turn the switch to 9KHz if the radio is used in Europe and Asia.
2. Please turn the switch to 10KHz if the radio is used in North America.
Use of Antenna :
1. MW : The built-in magnetic antenna inside the radio is used. Rotate body to get best reception.
2. FM : Extend the antenna. Try different angles to get the best reception.
3. SW : Extend the antenna. Make the antenna vertical.
Time setting :
The unit has dual clock function. You can set the time for two different places.
Clock 1 setting :
1.
“12:00” will be displayed when batteries were installed.
2.
Press the Clock switch (5) to set Time 1.
3.
Press the Time Set button (12). Within 5 seconds, press Hour (6) and Min (7) buttons to set the time.
4.
You may need to turn off the radio in order to see the time. Press Clock switch (5) to see the Time 2.
Clock 2 setting :
Same as above but press the Clock switch (5) to Time 2 .
Band Selection :
Band Selection/Dual Clock :
1.
Under the clock mode, press the Clock switch (5) to switch between Time 1 or Time 2.
2.
Under the radio mode, press the Band Selector (5) to switch between FM, MW and SW.
SW Meter Band :
Press the SW Band button (13) to switch between the meter bands from 5.95-7.10-9.50-11.65-13.60-15.10.
Search Station :
Auto search :
1.
Power on the radio.
2.
Select the band.
3.
Press the UP(6) or DOWN (7) button until you see the frequencies are moving. The search will stop when a
station is located.
4.
You may stop the search anytime by press the UP or DOWN button.
Manual search :
1.
Power on the radio.
2.
Select the band.
3. Press Up (6) or Down (7) once will change the frequency by one step.
Memory Presets :
1. Use auto or manual search to locate the station.
2. Press the MEMORY (12) button , the “MEMORY” on the LCD will blink.
3. Press M+ or M- within 5 seconds to select from CH1-CH10.
4. Within 5 seconds, press the Memory button (12) to confirm.
Memory recall:
1.
Turn on the radio. Select the band.
2.
Press the M+ or M- to locate the right channel.
