Setting Up Instructions (Cont.)
“Frigomilk” Milk Cooler
1.
Ensure the milk cooler is connected to the electrical supply via the voltage transformer.
2.
Ensure the milk container is clean and fitted in the machine.
3.
Set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
4.
Observe the temperature indicator; wait
until the display reaches 5
o
C (41
o
F) or
less.
Notes: 1. Use only fresh, chilled, semi-
skimmed milk in the milk
container.
2. Never mix old and fresh milk;
ensure that the milk container
is clean and dry before
replenishing.
3. For better cooling performance
the milk should be at a temperature of approximately 5
o
C.
5.
Remove the lid of the milk cooler and fill the milk container with fresh, chilled, semi-
skimmed milk.
6.
Insert the milk tube through the hole in the machine and ensure it is fully immersed in the
milk. Route the milk tube under, not over, the lifting handle.
7.
Replace the lid on the machine.
