The purpose of this program is self-training based on heart rate. During the training, when
heart rate of runner achieves the setting number that you make, the LEVEL value will keep
within a certain range for best training effort.
1.
The whole heartbeat control program has total four target pulse 65%, 75%, 85%, THR
(Target Heart Rate).
Calculate formula of heartbeat setting=(220-AGE)* heartbeat program control value
For example, age is 40,if the target pulse is 80% of maximum pulse, then the heartbeat
times:(220—40)×85%=153
2. Press
key to select this mode and press
key to enter. Press
key to select
special target heart rate. After selected, press
key to set target value:
Press number instant key or
to adjust WEIGHT, AGE and TIME parameters.
3. If you want to change the parameters, press
key to back to the first item to reset or
press
key to directly back to the start/ready status.
4. After setting the parameters or while setting parameters, press
or
key to
execute the program(The unset value will adopt the default value). The target parameter is
executed by countdown.
5. Under THR mode, the target heartbeat value will automatically calculate according to the
input age of users.
6. When no heartbeat value is detected, window will display NO PULSE. If no pulse is
detected in 45 seconds, it will back to start/ready mode.
7. During workout, RPM should within 70RPM~80RPM. If RPM is lower than 70RPM, the
window will display”RPM↑”to remind. If RPM is higher than 80RPM, the window will
