ACTIVATION
Start pedaling and proceed with set up sequence
SELECT USER ID (U0 - U4)
Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select a USER ID
and press the ENTER button.
ENTER USER PROFILE
1. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select GENDER and press ENTER.
2. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select AGE and press ENTER.
3. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select HEIGHT and press ENTER.
4. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select WEIGHT and press ENTER.
SELECT TRAINING MODE
1. Press the UP button once to select MANUAL mode and press ENTER to activate.
2. Press the UP button twice to select PROGRAM mode and press ENTER to activate.
3. Press the UP button three times to select TARGET HR mode and press ENTER to activate
4. Press the UP button four times to select TIME TRIAL and press ENTER to activate.
QUICK START FEATURE
Press the QUICK START button to skip all data entry steps
and begin training in the MANUAL mode.
Note: Time will count up from 00:00 setting and a user can
adjust the resistance using the UP / DOWN buttons.
