Service mode
The machine's software provides a "service mode" to adjust operating parameters and view
usage statistics. The service mode also allows a technician to activate individual components
of the machine, for troubleshooting. The software also provides a "limited service mode" that
allows a technician to activate machine components without having access to the coin vault
service switch.
To activate the service mode:
• Remove the coin box.
• Press the Service Switch inside the vault.
• Press the Start button. The display shows "SE"
To activate the "limited" service mode:
• Press and HOLD the Cold, Delicate, and Start buttons for 3 seconds. The display shows
"0000" and the LEDs blink above the program buttons.
• Using the Cold, Warm, Hot and Delicate buttons, set the display to the "limited service
mode" PIN number (default = "1234").
• Press the Start button.
• The display shows "10", the first register accessible in this mode.
Use the Heavy Soil and Extra Rinse buttons to navigate in the service mode, and press the
Start button when the desired register is reached.
