Installation and modes of operation of the display
1. Connect a 4 pin connector of the power supply to the matching connector of the display.
2. Place the heat sensor as close as possible to the CPU core. Do not place it between the CPU core and
the CPU cooler base plate, the contact between both elements must not be disconnected. Naturally the
heat sensor of the display can not indicate an absolutely precise value, but it acts as an indicator of the
temperature development close to the CPU. In case the temperature increases unnaturally (depending on
the CPU model more than approx. 65 degrees Celsius), turn off the system immediately and search for
the source of defect (usually a defect on the CPU cooler or an insufficient capacity of the cooler).
3. Connect the CPU cooler connector to the 3 pin connector of the display. It works both with 3 pin and 4 pin
CPU cooler connectors.
4. Setting up the actual time on the display:
4.1 Press the button „Set“.
4.2 Adjust the hour by using the buttons „Up“ and „Down“.
4.3 Press the button „Set“.
4.4 Adjust the minute by using the buttons „Up“ and „Down“.
4.5 Press the button „Set“, the actual time has been saved.
4.6 By pressing the button „Reset“ you can reset all values on the display.

Speed indicator:
shows the current temperature in degrees Celsius (inner scale) or degrees
Fahrenheit (outer scale)
Time:
shows the actual time
4-digit digital display:
shows the fan speed (rounds per minute)
Sinistral thereof:
display of fan activity
Dexter thereof:
display of hard disk drive activity
