14. Warranty Conditions
1. Thewarrantyperiodis1yearfromthedateofpurchase.
2. Thewarrantycoversalldamagesthatcanbeattributedto
inferiormaterialsordefectiveworkmanship.Corresponding
grinderswillberepairedorreplacedfree-of-charge,withthe
exceptionoftransportorfreightcharges.Transportisthere-
sponsibilityofthecustomer.Therefore,avoiddamageswith
allreturnsbycorrectpacking.
3. Thegrindermayonlybeopenedforcleaningpurposesinac-
cordancewiththeOperatingInstructions.
4. Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverdamageswhichhaveoccurred
through: Improper usage, improper maintenance, lack of
servicing,usageforpurposesotherthanthoseintended,in-
correctinstallation,incorrectvoltage,breakage,naturalwear
orforreasonsbeyondoursphereofinfluence.
5. Inordertomaintainthewarranty,onlyoriginalspareparts
andaccessorypartsmaybeused.
6. ObserveinadditionourGeneralDeliveryConditionsintheir
respectivecurrentversion.
7. Themanufacturerisinnowayliableforconsecutiveorsec-
ondarydamages.
8. The warranty does not cover costs emerging from repairs
conductedbynon-authorizedpersonnel.
