SAFETY

Do not load wagon with more than 300 lbs.

Do not inflate tires more than 30 PSI.

Do not use the wagon on an inclined hill.

Periodically inspect all nuts and bolts to make sure that they are tight.

Do not stand on wagon.
ASSEMBLY
Step 1:
å
Attach the front axle support (6) to the wagon bed (1) using the bolt (14), washer (15) and lock
nut (16).
å
Use the short support brace (7) to connect both axles and fasten them using the bolt (18),
washer (15) and lock nut (16).
å
Place short side of the yoke (8) onto the center stud of the front axle support (6) and fasten it
using the washer (23) and the lock pin (24). Then assemble the long side of the yoke (8) to the
front axle support (6), the short support brace (7) and the long support brace (25) using the bolt
(17), washer (15) and lock nut (16).

Attach the handle (5) to the yoke (8) using the bolt (19), washer (15) and lock nut (16).
Step 2:
å
Fix the rear support (9) and the long support brace (25) to the wagon bed (1) using the bolt (14),
bolt (17), washer (15) and lock nut (16).
