SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
Your OLD FASHIONED HOT DOG ROLLER WITH GRIDDLE™ requires little assembly.
Fit the four canopy poles into the holes in each corner of the unit. Insert the drip tray
in the slot at the back of the unit.
Place roller assembly in unit, making sure the pin fits correctly into the fitting on the left
hand side of the base interior. IMPORTANT: Notice the shape of the receptacle in the
base and the endpin on the roller assembly (see Illustration A below). They are fitted
to work together. DO NOT force the pin into the receptacle or it will strip and then
cannot control the roller action (see Illustration B below).
Do not attempt to place roller assembly on base or remove from base while motor is
on.
Replace the hot dog rollers with the bonus non-stick griddle, for alternate cooking
methods (see illustration C, below).
Attach the canopy top to the poles.

USING YOUR OLD FASHIONED HOT DOG ROLLER
First, find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Roller Assembly must be
engaged correctly to operate properly. Always make sure your cord is away from any
water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
The dial on the right of The OLD FASHIONED HOT DOG ROLLER WITH GRIDDLE™
turns on the power. Turn to the ON position. The red power indicator light should
come on. The dial on the left regulates the heating temperature, from LOW to HIGH.
Turn on HIGH. Let the unit warm up for 3 minutes or so, and place the hot dogs on
the rollers (evenly spaced). Up to 8 regular sized hot dogs or 12 breakfast sausage
links can be cooked at one time.
2.
You will see the hot dogs begin to turn. They will continue to turn at approximately
two cycles per minute. You will notice the color begin to darken as they are cooking.
The hot dogs should be cooked for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the type and size
of the hot dogs). The thicker the hot dog, the longer it will take to cook through.
3.
To cook hamburgers, chicken, sausage patties or bacon, just replace the hot dog
rollers with the bonus non-stick griddle. (Cooking time will depend on the type and
thickness of meat.)
4.
After they have cooked, turn the heater knob down to a medium heat to keep the hot
dogs warm and still rotating. As hot dogs are taken off, they can be replaced with new
hot dogs to cook (adjust temperature) if need be.
5. By
following
these simple instructions, your OLD FASHIONED HOT DOG ROLLER
WITH GRIDDLE will be fun for friends, family, and kids of all ages!
