1. EXT. SUB SWITCH / LED
This switchable high-pass filter works at a frequency of 120 Hz
(18 dB Butterworth) and let the loudspeaker work as mid/high
cabinet in combination with a self-powered subwoofer, i.e.
VERITAS 15 S or VERITAS 18 S. If this function is activated,
the green LED shines. If this function is switched off, the
loudspeaker works in fullrange mode.
2. LIMIT LED
This LED indicates the operation of the built-in limiter to protect
the loudspeaker against damage.
If this LED stays yellow
during operation, turn down the signal level or switch off
the LOW BOOST function!
3. POWER LED
This LED indicates a correct operation (power-on).
4. LOW / HIGH BOOST SWITCHES
The integrated low-shelf and high-shelf filters (+6 dB each)
are used to increase the loudness of the low frequencies (LOW
BOOST) and the high frequencies (HIGH BOOST). If both
switches are set to position OFF, the loudspeaker works
linear (normal mode).
5. MIX OUTPUT CONNECTOR
This XLR (male) connector delivers the mixed signal from both
inputs (post gain).
6. MODE INPUT A
(input A only!)
SWITCH
If you want to connect a microphone, set this switch to MIC.
If you want to connect a mixer or instrument, set the switch
to LINE.
7. GAIN A / B CONTROLLERS
Use those controllers to adjust the input gain independetly from
each other, channel A and B.
8. RCA INPUT
(input B only!)
CONNECTORS
If you want to connect a MP3 player or smartphone, connect
your device to the inputs. The stereo signal will be converted
into mono and can be controlled with gain controller B.
9. SIGNAL LEDs
The signal LEDs indicate any input signals and operate
independently from each other (channels A and B).
10. INPUT CONNECTORS (XLR / 6.3 mm JACK)
The use of NEUTRIK COMBO sockets allows the use of XLR
©
(female) as well as 6.3 mm jack connectors.
11. LOOP OUTPUT CONNECTORS
Those XLR (male) connectors deliver the signal from both
inputs without any modification, used to forward the input
signal.
12. POWER INPUT CONNECTOR
Connect the loudspeaker to the power wall socket by using the
original mains cable (included in delivery).
13. POWER SWITCH
Mains power switch on / off.
14. FAN GRILL
Do not cover this grill to avoid overheat of the system.
The fan starts working during operation / switching on
the loudpeaker.

1. EXT. SUB SCHALTER / LED
3. POWER LED
Diese LED zeigt den korrekten Betriebszustand an (Power On).
4. LOW / HIGH BOOST SCHALTER
(HIGH BOOST) genutzt. Befinden sich beide Schalter in Position
OFF, arbeitet der Lautsprecher linear (normaler Betriebsmodus).
5. MIX OUTPUT BUCHSE
6. MODE INPUT A
(nur bei Input A!)
SCHALTER
7. GAIN A / B REGLER
8. RCA INPUT
(nur bei Input B!)
BUCHSEN
unabhängig voneinander (Kanal A und B).
10. INPUT BUCHSEN (XLR / 6.3 mm KLINKE)
Die NEUTRIK COMBO Buchsen ermöglichen den Anschluss
©
XLR- (female) sowie 6.3 mm Klinkensteckern.
11. LOOP OUTPUT BUCHSEN
