The car seat must be further secured using the supplied safety strap.
Loop the strap around the chassis, and thread the metal loop over the strap (fig.48-49).
Repeat this on both sides of the chassis, un-clip the clasp if it makes things easier.
There are two methods to secure the car seat using the strap, method A is described below.
Method A
Please take a look at (fig.50 & fig.52) to see how method A should look once fitted
correctly.
The strap is hooked under the lap seat belt retaining fixing on the car seat see (fig.50) on
both sides of the car seat.
The strap is then tightened across the car seat using the belt adjustment, and it can be
removed quickly using the clasp.
Method B
Please take a look at (fig.53 & fig.55) to see how method B should look once fitted
correctly.
The strap is passed around rear of the seat and inserted into the seat belt retaining fixing
on the back of the car seat see (fig.53).
The strap is then tightened across the car seat using the belt adjustment, and it can be
removed quickly using the clasp.
To remove the car seat, un-clip the safety strap and lift the red levers on both sides of the
car seat as shown (fig.56) and lift the car seat up out of the adaptors.
Remove the car seat adaptors by lifting the flap on the adaptor (fig.57) and un-clip the
adaptor from the chassis. Repeat for both sides of the stroller.
