B700 Series Product Briefing  

The new B700 Series A4 mono printers are a range of fast, versatile and productive A4 printers for busy 

workgroups and business critical print environments.  Building on the strengths of the B6000 series the 

new range stretches the performance up to 50ppm.   

There are 3 models in the range. The B710 prints at 40ppm, the B720 prints at 45ppm and the B730 tops 

the performance list at 50ppm.  All are high quality, reliable and cost effective printing solutions with high 

processing performance, flexible paper handling and fast first page out times. 

All models come in 2 variants, ‘n’ which are network-ready and ‘dn’ which are duplex and network-ready.  

Media handing handling is impressive with all models featuring 2 standard paper trays (150 sheets and 

550 sheets) plus there is an option to add one or two more trays each of 550 sheet capacity. The 

maximum capacity is 1,800 sheets from 4 trays.  Tray one can handle media up to 1200mm length. 

True 1200 x 1200 dpi output ensures crisp clear image quality whilst Adobe PostScript 3 makes it 

compatible with all major applications and platforms. 

The new style control panel features a USB port which enables printing from a USB memory stick.  Also 

on the control panel is a numeric keypad that easily enables secure print ‘pin code release’.    

The B700 range will be at home in most office environments from schools to busy workgroups where 

they will be used for mission critical print requirements.
