Your RadioShack High Performance Portable Radio lets you enjoy music, sports, and news al-

most anywhere.

Rotate TUNING 

to select the 

desired station.

BANDWIDTH WIDE/NORMAL — For better au-

dio fidelity when selecting a strong station, slide 

BANDWIDTH to WIDE. If you hear whistling 

noises, slide BANDWIDTH to NORMAL for bet-

ter selectivity.

AFC ON/OFF (Switchable Automatic Frequency Control) — 

To tune in a weak FM station using automatic frequency control, 

slide AFC to OFF. Rotate the tuning knob to select the desired 

station, then slide AFC to ON for drift-free reception..

TREBLE

BAND AM/FM — Slide to select 

AM or FM

. 

VOLUME

Telescoping Antenna — extend 

to its full length for the best FM 

reception.

provides great sound.

POWER ON/OFF — Press 

to turn the radio on and off.

EAR Jack — For private listening, plug 

a monaural earphone (not supplied) 

with a

-inch plug into EAR on the 

right of the radio. This automatically 

disconnects the built-in speaker. Your 

local RadioShack store carries a wide 

selection of earphones. 

Adjust VOLUME, 

BASS, and TREBLE 

for the desired sound.
