Spray system: water is sprayed upwards 

in the special forms contained in the 

evaporator. The result is a compact crystal 

ice cube, which allows drink cooling with no 

down-watering.

In the vertical evaporator option, the 

resulting ice block is pyramid-shaped and 

allows a quick cooling process. Ideal for 

sparkly drinks, this Icebox type is widely 

used by fast food facilities and discoes.
