Sewage Sludge – Metals
Aged sewage sludge collected from a disused sewage works site at Heathrow in
London, UK. Dried, sterilised and ground to a powder. The extractable metal content
refers to metals soluble in aqua regia using methods based on ISO11466 (1995).
This material is intended for use as a reference material in the development,
validation or quality control of analytical methods for the determination of extractable
metals in sewage sludge.
