    Step 1 parts needed to complete this section b a o x2 pull out plastic tabs from each rear wheel (a1) until the wheel cover opens. Take out white plugs+ screws (a3). 1 a 1 b 1 c a1 a2 2 1 place the washer (o) on the axle (as shown) connect each back wheel (a) to back axle.
