    2 step 1 reinforce wing former hysol carbon doublers carbon doubler installed.

    4 step 2 wing brace support cut out scrap ¼” ply drill 8mm hole you will want a snug fit when you slide it onto the spar.

    5 step 2 hysol to the inside wing root this will stiffen up the wing for high “g” loads.

    8 step 6 use scrap ply for inlet retainer this will prevent the inlet from being pulled back under high acceleration inlet secured.

    9 step 7 elevator stabs & pushrod installation clean pushrods and end caps with alcohol hysol one end cap on each pushrod and let dry attach pushrod to stab & tape in a neutral position attach pushrod end caps to servos in neutral position mark and cut push rods to length glue servo side end on push...

    10 step 7 drill hole in fuse to tighten aluminum horn.

    11 step 8 install ventral fins drill holes in fuse for fin screws locate & cut slits for the fins.

    13 step 10 exhaust tube and fan install make a paper template to size place template over mylar sheet and cut to size.

    14 step 10 roll mylar and temporarily tape large end to fan slide the exhaust plywood piece over the small end tape each end of the tube for a snug fit remove plywood piece from the small end and remove from it from the fan tape the seem inside and out.

    15 step 10 make a cut out for your motor wires on the mylar tube center tube onto the fan insert motor with tube into the fuse.

    16 step 10 check that your motor and tube are aligned install exhaust outlet cover with ply support.
