Taking care of your machine
Switch off your vacuum cleaner
at the main socket. Using a pair
of scissors cut any hair or debris
free from around the brushbar.
Removing debris from the brushbar

RED
light will indicate
a jammed brushbar.
Turn the vacuum cleaner back on.
A
GREEN
light will indicate that the
brushbar is clear and ready for use.
Changing the brush bar
Using a crosshead screwdriver,
remove 3 screws from the side
of the fl oor head.
Remove the end cap belt cover.
Remove the brush bar location
plate to gain access to the belt.
Replace the old belt, ensuring the
teeth are fully engaged with the cogs.
Pull brushbar through brushbar
side cover to remove.
PULL
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug from the electrical outlet
before performing maintenance/troubleshooting checks.
