Operation:
•Carefully,lifttheantennaeintotheverticalposition.
•Connecttheincludedpowersupplytoasuitable240VAC~50Hz
mainsvoltageoutletandplugtheDCconnectorintotheDCPower
Inputontherearpanelofthereceiver(17VDC,300mAminimum).
•Usingthesuppliedaudiocable,connecttheMIXOUTontherear
panelofthereceiverforbothaudiochannelstothemixer’saudio
lineinput.ThereceiveralsofeaturesbalancedXLRoutputs,onefor
eachchannel.
•Switchonthepowertothereceiver,checkingthedisplaybacklight
illuminates.
•Openthebatterycompartmentonthetransmitter(Beltpack–slide
downwardsawayfromthebeltclip.Handheld-unscrewthelower
portion).Installtheappropriatebatteriesintothetransmitter,
takingcaretoobservetheorientationandpolarity.Onlyusehigh
quality,alkalinetypebatteries.Refitthebatterycompartmentcover
carefully.
•Switchonthetransmitter,whenswitchedonthedisplayonthe
transmitterwillilluminate.Ifthedisplaydoesilluminateorglows
dimly,thebatterywillrequirereplacement.
•Adjustthevolumeonthefrontpanelofthereceiverforeachofthe
channels.
NOTE:
TheTM80systemisshippedwithtwohandheldtransmitters.Thereceiver
inthissystemfeaturesadualchannelreceiverallowingbothhandheld
microphonestobeusedsimultaneously,anadditionalbeltpackkitmaybe
purchasedifrequiredtobeusedinplaceofthehandheldtransmitters.Each
receiverchannelinthissystemmayonlybeusedwithonetransmitteratany
onetime.Iftheuserattemptstopoweron,andusetwotransmitterswith
onereceiverthesystemwillmalfunctionandnotoperatecorrectlyasone
transmitterwillcutouttheRFRadiosignaltothesecondtransmitter.
