transmitters and replace them.

smart hub.
Check the app if all transmitters
are connected to the hub. If not,
add the respective transmitter
(see no. 4 in the manual).
Magnet sensors, motion sensor,
remote control or doorbell do

Transmitter out of range.
Check whether the transmitters
work if you place them closer to
the smart hub. Walls and floors
affect the range notably.
Magnet sensors, motion sensor,
remote control or doorbell do
not work or signal an alarm
even if deactivated.
Transmitter in wrong mode.
Check the app if all transmitters
are set to the correct mode.
Transmitters set to the 24-hour
mode, for example, will trigger
an alarm even if the hub is
deactivated (see no. 4 in the
manual).
System cannot be controlled via
internet or app.
Hub not connected to the
internet.
Check the app if the network
settings and Wi-Fi key are
entered correctly.
System cannot be controlled via
internet or app.
Network offline.
Check if your modem is
connected to the internet.
In case of an alarm you receive
a push notification to your
smartphone but there is no
alarm sound.
Smartphone is on mute or
vibrate.
Activate ringtone on your
