Door Contact Alarm
Installing the batteries
• Install Batteries by removing the screw from the back
• Insert 4 ‘AA’ alkaline batteries as shown in the diagram
Do not mix old and new batteries
Only use alkaline batteries
When replacing the batteries, wait 30 seconds after
removing the old batteries before inserting new ones,
then test the system
NB: All other units will need to be paired again
Default User Registration
NB: Pre-set Factory Code 1,2,3
In order to use the unit you must set a 4 digit PIN code, using any of
the buttons 1,2,3
1. Enter the default PIN
2. Enter your new pin code (make a note of this below)
3. Enter the default PIN again
4. The orange and red LEDs will flash. The system is now ready to
use.
! If there is a delay of more than 5 seconds between any of the
above steps all LEDs will flash 3 times and the unit will beep to
confirm an error. Restart the process from Step 1.
Factory reset
If the user pin code is forgotten or the system malfunctions, press the reset
button located on the reverse of the unit underneath the battery cover. The
pin code will need to be reset and any other devices will need to be paired.
Operating the Alarm
Arming the Unit
• Press the
ARM button, the red LED will light for 5 seconds before
flashing green to confirm that it is armed
• You have 20 seconds to vacate the area
• 4 countdown beeps will sound to warn the end of the exit period
Disarming the Unit
• When entering the protected area the red LED will remain on for 2 seconds
• You will have 10 seconds to enter the 4 digit PIN code followed by
CLR
The red LED will light for 5 seconds before flashing to confirm the unit is
disarmed.
• If PIN is entered incorrectly 5 times, the unit will beep 10 times, the unit
will lock for 5 minutes

Pairing with other devices
Master Units
The motion detector alarm and Door Contact Alarm are Master Units
(these have sensors and sirens).
Slave Units
The mini siren and key fob are slave units.
A maximum of 3 master units can be paired with a limitless
amount of slave units.
Pairing the units
1. Using the selected Master unit, Enter the 4 digit pin code + (the
device is now in pairing mode for 2 minutes)
If is the last digit of your PIN Code, make sure you press it
twice
2. Connect the front ‘eyebrows’ of the Keyfob (slave unit) to the
back eyebrows of the Master (the slave unit flashes and beeps when
successfully paired) – the keyfob does not beep
3. Other devices can now be added, by repeating step 2
4. To exit the pairing mode press CLR button twice on the Master device
Installing the device
Place the alarm in the desired location, preferably
on the door or window, using the screws or
adhesive Velcro tape. The magnetic contact must
be aligned to the same level, next to the alarm so
that contact can be made when the
door is closed.
All devices must be within 25 metres of the paired devices and not near
large metal objects.
Avoid obvious sources of electrical interference such as a refrigerator
or microwave oven.
Low Battery Indicator
• The red light will continue flashing to indicate the batteries are low.
• Replace batteries, wait 30 seconds after removing the old batteries
before inserting new ones, then test the system.
NB: All other units will need to be paired again.
