1. Select the CD source button.
2. Press the fingerpad on the CD lid
and release.
Using The CD Player

3. The CD lid will pop open. Place a
CD onto the central turntable and
close the lid.
4. Lower the lid and press the
fingerpad to close.
5. When the lid is closed,
MusicWorks
will check for a CD and display the
number of tracks and total time.
CD Information Display
During CD play,
MusicWorks displays
the track number and track elapsed
time. Pressing the MODE/REMAIN
indicator once displays time
remaining. Pressing the MODE/
REMAIN button a second time
displays current time for 5-seconds,
after which the display reverts to the
default of track number and track
elapsed time.
When a CD is paused, the elapsed
or remaining time indicator will blink.
Closing the lid with no CD inside or
with an unreadable CD inside causes
MusicWorks to display:
Intro Scan
The INTRO function is used to give
quick reference to all the tracks on a
disc. When in STOP mode, press the
INTRO button and
MusicWorks will
play the first 10 seconds of each track
on the disc. To stop the INTRO
function, press the INTRO function
once more. The current track will
continue playing.
Programmed Playback
You may program up to 20 tracks for
playback in any order.

1. Programming may only be
performed when the CD is in the
STOP mode.
2. Press the MEMORY button once.
3. Select the desired track using the
Skip buttons.
