Checking Job Status
If you press [System Monitor], the System Monitor screen appears,Β enabling you toΒ
check and change the status of Copy,Β Send, Fax, Print, and ReceiveΒ jobs.Β ForΒ
example,Β you can change the order of jobs in the print queue, cancel a job,Β checkΒ
the details of a job,Β or print a password protected job (Secured Print).
By displaying the status for each job type, it is possible to check the current job or aΒ
job waiting to be processed.Β By displaying the Log, you can viewΒ all of theΒ
completed jobs or confirmΒ that a job has been processed.Β It is also possible to printΒ
a fax transmissions/receptions report from the System Monitor screen.
From the System Monitor screen, it is possible to quickly acquire information aboutΒ
the machine, check the amount of paper remaining in all of the standard andΒ
optional paper sources, check the available system memory,Β and the status ofΒ
consumables.Β You can also viewΒ a list of error messages.

If the optional iR Security Kit is installed and Job Log Display in System Settings (fromΒ
the Additional Functions screen) is set to 'Off', the following items are not displayed onΒ
the System Monitor screen.
