1. I am having difficulties installing the camera driver and software. What

Should I do?

If you encounter this issue, please uninstall the driver completely and restart

your computer. Please reinstall the driver again. It's recommended you

download the latest driver version from our website

Follow the steps below to uninstall the camera driver:

1. From the Start button, click Settings > Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Highlight the “Digital CAM” and click the Change/Remove button.

4. Proceed to the next step following the on-screen instructions.

5. Click Start > Shut Down.

6. When the Shut Down dialog box is displayed, choose Restart. Click OK

to restart your computer.

If you encounter difficulties uninstalling the camera driver, please follow the

steps below to uninstall the camera driver:

1. Download the camera web installer from our website.

2. Install the web installer following the on-screen instructions.

3. After finishing the installation of the web installer, two drivers will be

displayed when you enter the Add/Remove Programs.
