1. Topowertheradiousingbatteries,openthebatterycompartmentandinsert3Dbatteries.Makesure
thebatterypolarityiscorrect.
2. Topowertheradiofromthenetwork,plugthepowercordintothesocket.
3. UsethebandswitchtoselectAM(mediumwave)orFM(ultrashortwave)bands.
4. Turnthesoundcontrolfromthepositionuntilyouhearaclicksound.Continuetoturnthecontroluntil
youachievethedesiredvolume.
5. Usethetunertotunethedesiredstation.
6. Adjustlowsoundfrequenciesbyswitchingthetonecontroltothe“NEWS”or“MUSIC”position.
7. The device is equipped with a stereo headphone jack (3.5 mm) compatible with most commonly
availablestereoheadphones(notincluded).Thedevicespeakersareautomaticallyswitchedoffupon
connectingcompatibleheadphonesintothejack.Thespeakersbegintoplayoncetheheadphonesare
removedfromthejack.
