Welcome to a world of better hearing! We understand that hearing loss affects one’s quality of life, and that is why we
are dedicated to building the highest quality hearing instruments.
A period of adjustment may be needed to become accustomed to your new hearing instruments and the renewed world
of sounds you will experience. The adjustment time varies for each individual and may be as little as a couple of days or
weeks to as much as several months. It is important to not give up.
Before operating your hearing instruments please read this manual thoroughly.

Proper ear placement…Right and Left instruments
Your EZ hearing instruments should fit comfortably and easily over the top of your ears.
Step 1:
Look near the tip and determine which ear the instruments is fit for. Red is right and Blue is Left. Place the
hearing instrument over the top of your ear.
Step 2:
With your index finger, hold the wire/sound tube where it attaches to the ear bud and gently push the ear bud
into the ear canal.
Step 3:
Place the retention guard of the wire/sound tube into the bowl of the concha.
To turn the instruments on close the battery door, to turn the instruments off open the battery door. Be sure to
open the battery door after removing the instruments from your ears, and especially at night time as this will
turn the instruments off and conserve battery power.
Battery
When the hearing instrument is not in use, it is recommended that you open the battery door and remove the
battery. This helps to prevent excessive battery drain and allows for proper ventilation of the hearing
instruments.
