At the end of the day, turn the machine OFF by turning the main ON/OFF switch (1) to position "0".
Daily Switch-On
Turn the main switch (1) to position "1".
If the water in the boiler is lower than the MIN level, press the boiler fill
button (6) and keep pressed until the floating ball reaches MAX.
"Heating" now begins.
“Before using the machine make sure that:
the main electricity supply ON/OFF switch is ON
The water in the reservoir must be at the maximum level."
Heating phase
During heating, if one of the coffee dispensing switches (2) is pressed,
the machine dispenses a coffee at the temperature reached at the
time.
Heating is completed when the boiler gauge indicator (9) remains
stable in the green area.
The machine is now ready to dispense coffee, steam and hot water.
To make sure that the dispenser unit and the filter holder (7) are at similar
temperatures, turn the coffee dispensing switches (2) to position "1" or
"coffee) and let the machine dispense coffee for a few seconds. Then
turn the switch (2) to "0" to stop dispensing.
Delivery of the coffee
Remove the filter holder (7), empty out any coffee grouts and fill it up with
1 or 2 servings of ground coffee, depending on the filter holder used.
Press the ground coffee in filter down uniformly, using the grinder/doser
presser.
Remove any residues of ground coffee from the filter rim.
Fit and tighten the filter holder (7) on the coffee dispenser unit, positioning
the cup (or cups) under the nozzle (or nozzles) of the filter holder (7).
Turn the coffee dispensing switch (2) on position "1" or "coffee" for
dispensing.
When the required serving is complete, stop dispensing by turning the
switch (2) on position "0".

Other hot beverage
Steam dispensing
Plunge the steam jet pipe (3) into the liquid to be heated in a suitable
container and turn the steam adjustment knob (4).
When the liquid is hot, stop the flow of steam by turning knob (4) the
other way (towards “0”).
Heating milk for frothy coffee (cappuccino)
Use a tall narrow jug and fill it up to about the half-way mark. Then plunge
the steam jet pipe (3) into the milk.
Gradually open up the steam tap (4) and heat the milk for a few seconds.
When the required amount of froth has been made and the temperature
is sufficiently high, stop the flow of steam by turning knob (4) the other
way (towards “0”).
When the steam jet pipe (3) is no longer required, clean it thoroughly
with a sponge and a clean cloth.
Dispensing hot water
Position a container under the hot water pipe (5) and turn the hot water
dispensing knob (14).
When the required amount has been dispensed, stop the flow of hot
waterby turning knob (14) the other way (towards “0”).
