INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL
MCF 2
INTRODUCTION
This manual aims at giving all the necessary information for the correct use of the Coffee
Grinder and its maintenance, bearing in mind the user’s safety.
The manual must be kept in a safe place and its instructions followed, since the manufacturer is
not responsible for damages caused to people or property due to mis-installation or use of the
Coffee Grinder.
The instructions in this manual do not replace the technical data stamped directly on the
machine’s ID plate.
The manufacturer has the right to change the manual without having to update the former
editions
The Coffee Grinder should only be used by trained staff.
The user should respect the safety norms in force in the installation country. and make sure that
they are being followed.
This machine should not be used by people whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are
diminished (including children), or by people with little experience or know-how, except if they
can be assisted by another person responsible for their safety and vigilance and are able to give
them instructions pertaining to the use of the machine.
It is also convenient to supervise children so as to assure they maintain a safe distance from the
machine.
INSTALLATION
AND WORK / USE
Before proceeding to installation, make sure that there are all the required conditions for a good
performance, as follows:
1 - Make sure that the electrical installation has all the conditions to ensure a good work:
1.1 - Check that the power supply corresponds to the Coffee Grinder’s needs (refer to the
characteristics plate).
1.2 - Make sure there it has a suitable ground circuit.
1.3 - Make sure that the available power is suitable to the machine’s requirements.
1.4 - To reduce the risk of electrical shock, the plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
1.5 - Use only 3-wire extension cords which have 3-prong grounding-Type plugs and 3-pole
receptacles which accept the machine plug. Replace or repair damaged cords.
1.6 - The electrical rating of the extension cord must be as great as the electrical rating of
the machine.
1.7 - The electrical feeding board must have a 30mA protection and a “disjunctor/breaker”
with a 3mm separation from the contacts.
