6. Disposal of the UVC lamps:
UVC lamps have reached the end of their service life after an operating time of approx. 8,000
hours.
In this case, they must be replaced with new UVC lamps.
The same applies to defective UVC lamps.
The replaced lamps must be returned collectively to the manufacturer in the delivery container.
The manufacturer ensures the safe disposal of the UVC lamps.
It is prohibited to dispose of / destroy the UVC lamps yourself, owing to the mercury
contained in the lamp body.
Please observe the country-specific regulations.
7. Faults
If a fault exists, the colour of the display changes from green to red to indicate the fault visually.
The buzzer sounds to alert the user to a fault. The buzzer can be muted for one hour by pressing
the F1 key.
The fault can be indicated on the display by pressing the F4 key.
If you are unable to eliminate the fault, please call the telephone number shown.
Independent troubleshooting / repair work and intervention into the equipment invalidates
the warranty in all cases.
