In some circumstances you may wish to adopt a vertical technique (see fig.2 below),
bringing the Garden Groom down onto the growth in a vertical action.

The Garden Groom Midi has been designed to
trim hedge growth of 150mm or less. However,
it will trim exceptionally long growth, but this
operation will inevitably result in a lower rate
of capture (on vertical cuts only),due to the
sheer dynamics and volume of material to be
managed.
4. TRIMMING EXTRA LONG GROWTH
To trim exceptionally long growth (within
the recommended cutting diameters),
we advise the following techniques:
Trim the growth in several stages
(see fig.1 below) layering down,
until you arrive at the desired level.

of the Garden Groom Midi, which will
produce exceptional performance,
speed of operation and ensure
professional results.
