Step 08:

Cover the Plastic Base (M) with the Plastic Covers (L).

Step 09:

Put the Plastic Base Top Cover 2 (K) onto the Plastic Base Cover (L), then put the 

Plastic Base Top Cover 1 (J) onto the Plastic Base Top Cover 2 (K).

Step 07:

Fill entire base with dry sand and make level to the top of the triangular sections. 

Add water to the sand for additional weight.  A minimum of 125 lbs. of sand is 

required for the second level.  You should now have a required minimum of 250 

lbs of dry sand in your plastic base (M).
