5. To clean the bag use a bucket of fresh clean water and rinse well, ensure the bag
is completely dry before storage or use.
6. The collecting bag is wearing part. It is subject to a high amount of wear and
tear, and must therefore be replaced from time to time. Replace a worn out bag
immediately. To avoid an unnecessary wear and tear of the collecting bag, prevent
the bag from being dragged over the ground, when using the unit such damage is
excluded from the warranty.
Maintenance and storage
Maintenance to be performed after each use
Prior to cleaning or any maintenance, always ensure the power plug has been
removed from the electrical power supply.
When you have finished using the blower vacuum, always check to make sure
that the product is clean and free of dirt and debris.
Operate the selector lever backwards and forwards to ensure correct operation.
Store the blower vacuum in a dry place, and out of reach of children.
Make sure all the nuts, bolts and screws are firmly tightened to ensure the safe
operation of the device.
Regularly check the collecting bags for signs of wear and tear.
Replace worn or damaged parts.
Only use original parts and accessories.
Do not hose or submerge any part of the blower vacuum.
Do not use solvents to clean the blower vacuum.
Store the device in a dry place.
IMPORTANT.
The manufacturer recommends the use of a residual current device
(RCD) with a residual tripping current of 30mA or less. The use of an RCD reduces
the risk of electric shock.
Power cord maintenance
If the supply cord needs replacing, the task must be carried out by the qualified
electrical power tool repair centre in order to avoid a safety hazard.
