BY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL AS SPECIFIED. 

IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED 

PLUMBER OR GAS FITTER. APPROVAL NUMBER: G-1-07-05-28
